Cost depends on company size and the depth of our integration. But engagements follow a 90-day cycle. There is a startup retainer between $8,000–$50,000. After the 90-day startup, the month-to-month retainer is roughly $1,500-$5,000.
Our internal bar is simple: over time, you should be able to point to at least 10x that spend in added or protected revenue tied to specific One Move changes—not just “we feel clearer,” but numbers you can see on a dashboard and in your bank account.
